This 1966 Chevrolet El Camino restomod has had a full nut and bolt rotisserie restoration and is now powered by a 346 Cubic inch LS1 and Tremec six speed manual gearbox. The rear end has been upgraded with tubular bars locating the drum brake nine inch diff. The interior has been entirely redone with leather seats, new reproduction door cards and Dakota Digital Instrument cluster. The wheels are genuine centerlines with new tyres. The front end is original style with power front disc brakes and power steering. Alloy radiator. Hurst gear shifter. This vehicle has only travelled just over 1000 klms since its rebuild. Every seal and all the bright work, lights, badges etc have been replaced with new parts. Completely rewired. Detailed undercarriage. There are a few small finishing touches that would complete this build. This beautiful example of a rare American utility is located in Capalaba and is available for inspection by appointment.
