This 1978 MGB Roadster is a driver quality survivor that appears to be quite original in most respects. There is evidence of some repainting but it would appear to have been some time ago. All the instrumentation works although the speedo cover is discoloured. The car drives as it should being powered by a 1.8 litre MG motor with twin SU carbs and a four speed manual gearbox. These roadsters have disc brakes up front and drum brake rears. The underside appears to be completely dry and unmolested. The soft top is in fair condition and has some tears and the clears are not great. The flexible nosecone has some cracks and splits in the paint and would benefit from surface reconditioning. The tool kits and jack are still with the car. The panels are straight and gaps are good although there are a few very small dings on the front guard tops and bonnet leading edge. The original steering wheel comes with the car. This car is consigned with us and is located in The Gap 4061 Qld. Inspections are by appointment only. The car will be sold with a Road Worthy if requested. The vehicle is currently on Club Registration in Qld.
